Processing Times:

Once we receive payment and all of your cats measurements along with confirmed print choice. There is then, after we have all of these details, a processing time 10 business days, before your order is posted out.

Only place an order if you are willing to accept delayed delivery timelines, due to Covid19.

​

Ensure your shipping address provided is correct.

​

Maine Coon Mayhem, is not responsible for undelivered orders or orders returned or marked as abandoned due to incorrect address information or orders not picked up by the addressee for any reason.

 

When using PayPal, orders will be sent to the address listed on your PayPal account.

Declaration is required for customs with all International sales,  "pet jacket" is written under the description.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to the UK due to new tax laws, sorry!
 

Customs Duties, Taxes and VAT (value added tax) charges are the customer's responsibility. Refunds will not be given for these charges. It is recommended to check with your Countries requirements and regulations before purchasing any of our products.

Any additional costs that may be incurred to post your jacket to your Country is the whole responsibility of the customer. These costs are out of our control, check your countries requirements before ordering.

Due to the nature of the product being custom made specifically for your cat. Returns will not be accepted, unless the item is found faulty. If found faulty, items will then either be replace  or repaired, then returned to the purchaser.

Returns will not be excepted due to wrong measurements being sent through. Please follow our instructions very carefully on how to measure your cat before you send your cats measurements through to us.

Please contact me within 3 business days. Providing a photo and description of the fault, clearly specify your reason for wanting to return the item.

 

Returned items must be in an unused and new condition. Shipping is at the customers expense.
