SHIPPING

We post products within Australia only. We use Australia Post to help us get our products to you.

PROCESSING TIME:

Once we receive payment along with all of your cat's measurements and print choice, there is then a processing time of 10 business days before your order is dispatched.

Only place an order if you are willing to accept delayed delivery timelines, due to Covid19.

Ensure your shipping address provided is correct.

It’s your responsibility to make sure that your postal address details are correct- we won’t be responsible for any incorrect or failed delivery if you don’t supply current, accurate postal address details. If your order is undelivered due to your error and returned to us, we reserve the right to require you to pay further postage fees.

Maine Coon Mayhem, will not be held liable for undelivered orders or orders returned or marked as abandoned due to incorrect address information or orders not picked up by the addressee for any reason.

When using PayPal, orders will be sent to the address listed on your PayPal account.

RETURNS

Due to the nature of the product being custom made specifically for your cat. Returns will not be accepted, unless the item is found faulty. If found faulty, items will then either be replace or repaired, then returned to the purchaser.

Returns will not be excepted due to wrong measurements being sent through. Please follow our instructions very carefully on how to measure your cat before you send your cats measurements through to us. Any concerns on how to do this you are welcome to contact me.

Please contact me within 3 business days. Providing a photo and description of the fault, clearly specify your reason for wanting to return the item.

Returned items must be in an unused and new condition. Return shipping is at the customers expense if the item is not found to be faulty.

Maine Coon Mayhem is not liable for any loss or damages to products during shipping. If you received your order damaged. Contact the carrier immediately to file a claim.

Save and photograph damaged goods and packaging, before you filing your claim.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

If you are outside of Australia and want to purchase a walking jacket you must accept all shipping costs, charges and taxes that may be involved in the whole process. We use Australia Post to ship internationally.

You will be invoiced separately with postal and handling charges added.

Returns will not be accepted, so please order very carefully, if custom making your walking jacket, be sure to follow the measuring instructions as set out. CLICK HERE.

Depending on your location, with additional charges and taxes applied it can become very expensive to the purchaser. It is strongly recommended that you look into all of these additional costs before ordering, to avoid disappointment when you go to your post office to pick up your parcel and find you have to pay a large sum of money.

Fees incurred during or after shipping are the responsibility of the purchaser. The purchaser is responsible for any charges, taxes, or customs fees applied to your order. Maine Coon Mayhem will not be liable for these charges.
